Shipping and Returns

Delivery

We do our best to deliver your precious padel gear as soon as possible. However, these process can take time and sometimes out of our control. We aim to have your items delivered to you within 3 business days (depends on location).

Should your purchase be over the value of R1000, we will cover your shipping fees to anywhere in South Africa. Not buying for that much, FEAR NOT! our shipping fees are as low as R80 depending where you are in South Africa.

and YES! All tracking information will be sent to you.

Everything you need to know about Returns

Didn’t like what you ordered! We can help! As long as the order has been placed within the last 30 days, we will happily refund your products. We do ask you to please keep the item in the same condition as you received it and return it unworn, unused and in its original packaging with all its tags and stickers (where possible).

Unfortunately, not all products are eligible for returns/exchanges. These include Rackets, Balls and Grips are non-refundable as well as any product that can be described as one time use such as racket frame protectors.

In order to return a product, please contact us on admin@padelelite.co.za prior to sending us your product.

Shipping costs will be covered by yourself for sending us the products post receiving our go ahead! We advice for you to use a credible courier service with tracking and insurance as we can only assume responsibility once the product is received by us.

So you sent us the product and we received it. What’s Next? Well we will inspect the product and once we happy with it, we will process a refund in a manner that is most easy for you.

Damaged goods

We strive on ensuring you receive the products in perfect quality but sometimes it may not be so for various reasons.

If this happens to you, fear not. Take a pic of the product on delivery and send it to us on admin@padelelite.co.za and we will do our best to rectify the issue.

Same goes if you got the wrong item, but if you decide to keep the item, I am sure we can make a plan.

Manufacturing Defects

We strive on ensuring the products we sell as of the highest quality and standards. However, human error can result in a product not abiding by our standards. Should this be the case, please contact us on admin@padelelite.co.za and we will try our best to assist you.

We will assist you in claiming a return or exchange from the manufacturer.

Please note all manufacturing defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer and Padel Elite can not accept any liability. However, we will try our best to ensure you are assisted.
